Art with the family
My art journey began by doing art with my kids in 2016. We explored markers, watercolors, acrylic, pastels, ink, you name it. We walked through the park picked up leaves and acorns and glued them to painted paper and we played drawing games to pass the time on car rides and at restaurants. My oldest daughter and I were action painting one day, paper spread out over most of the basement floor and she hopped around in excitement flinging paint and saying she was Jackson Pollock!

That was the real turning point for me and I started to educate myself with online tutorials and lots and lots of practice and experimentation with various media. Since those beginnings, I can see how far I've come and I can continue to get inspiration from my daughters.

The names of my two daughters along with the chaos and magic that toddlers inspire in us was how House of Daeleriam came to be.
